Eurovision Song Contest 2024
The Eurovision Song Contest is gearing up for another exciting edition this year. Set in Malmö, a quaint Swedish city, millions of viewers eagerly await their country's chance to impress the jury with their music and bring home the victory.

The spectacle is divided into three key dates:

- May 7, 2024: First semi-final at 9 p.m.
- May 9, 2024: Second semi-final at 9 p.m.
- May 11, 2024: Final at 9 p.m.

In the ESC, the "Big Five" countries - France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom - along with the previous year's host, automatically qualify for the final due to their significant financial contributions to the event. The remaining 31 participating countries must compete in the semi-finals for a chance to secure a spot in the final, with half of them advancing from each semi-final.

The show's producers determine the starting order in the semi-finals and final, considering musical, visual, and dramaturgical aspects to create an entertaining and balanced event that showcases the diversity of entries and captivates the audience.

Official ticket sales for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 began on November 28 at 10 a.m. Prices range from 13 to 330 euros, approximately 145 to 3,795 Swedish kronor, depending on the show and seating categories.

Several pre-parties are scheduled ahead of the main event. The "London Eurovision Party" will kick off on April 7, followed by "Israel Calling" on April 11. "Eurovision in Concert" is slated for April 13 in Amsterdam, while a new pre-event, "MalmöHagen," will take place on May 4 in Copenhagen, building anticipation for the main competition.

Kaleen has the honor of representing Austria with her dynamic dance number "We Will Rave" in the second semi-final on May 9. The song's official radio premiere occurred last Friday, with a ceremonial presentation held the day before at the Ronacher. Notable attendees included ORF program director Stefanie Groiss-Horowitz, ORF head of delegation Stefan Zechner, and the artist Kaleen herself.

"We Will Rave" quickly gained traction, ranking 11th in betting odds out of 37 acts shortly after its release. This promising start fuels hopes for an exciting Austrian participation in this year's Eurovision Song Contest, raising expectations for Kaleen's vibrant performance.
