Spotify Wrapped 2023

It’s that time of year when we get to peek into our friends‘ favorite songs, shared in every story. Spotify has introduced a new feature this year that’s a step ahead from previous years. Now, you can receive personalized video messages from your most-listened-to artists, a heartfelt thank you directly from them to their fans.

But why has Spotify chosen to close the year now, rather than at the end of December? The reason is tied to the transformation in listener behavior during the Christmas season. More Christmas songs are streamed during this month, altering the listener profile and impacting rankings. Thus, Spotify opted to conclude the year by the end of November. Despite being an eleven-month review, it offers a more accurate reflection.

As in previous years, the design is vibrant and colorful. Engaging animations breathe life into the statistics, making the experience lively and captivating.
